As a Volunteer Firefighter this would be a dream machine. I know there is not even a price listed yet but my questions are;

I have the P3P and had really no issues. There is a ton of people complaining about cracks, crashes etc. but all in all I'm happy for what it is. In very general terms is the I1 a good machine? Is it a big upgrade from the P3P? Hobby to Pro?

Not looking for feedback on the camera so much just mainly the I1.

They are both incredible machines, I've had a P3 Pro since release and over 275 flights and 24hrs of flight time.  Mine looks and functions as new, I've never had a cracking issue. Although that is a known issue, I have not experienced it. The Inspire is a totally different beast, and did have some issues with the battery but that's been fixed with the latest software.
If you have the funds for an Inspire1 Thermal, you would be truly amazed, the Inspire is a wonderful machine to fly.

Upgrading to inspire i would recommend you inspire 1 Pro
