Any word on the GH4 Zenmuse in the UK? We have been waiting on the pre order since 6th August.

Have since heard about issues and some being sent back.

I have an issue with mine (and many others). They are being sent out with the arms that hold the camera set incorrectly, which means they are not factory balanced. I was told by DJI to send mine back but who knows how long it would take to get it back so I'll balance it myself.

Thanks for your feedback. We noticed this already and took action to prevent it. And you can balance it by yourself to save time. If you don't know how to, pls send it back to our service center, we can balance it for your. Thanks.
