I haven't flown my P2 in a very long time, fearing it'll drop out of the sky like my first P2 did.  I considered selling it, but I'm going to try to get over my fear and fly again.  Has there been a work around or fix to using a GoPro in time lapse mode or continuous photo mode with a FPV system (in my case the AVL58) blacking out while taking the photos?  I've done some quick searches and found nothing, hoping maybe you guys in the past half year have heard or figured something out?

Explain a little more. When the shutter closes taking the pictures it does black out until it re opens if on continuous shoot mode it will stay blacked out. Better to do videos and the when editing video you can pull out photos from the frames.

I was afraid the only way to get stills while using FPV was pull them out of videos.  Unfortunately, quality is a little poor.
