Do you have the wrench that is made to hold the motor while you take off the rotor?

For one make sure that you are turning the props in the correct direction to take them off, two are clockwise the other two are counter clockwise. You can try to apply some CA glue to the parting line of the hubs to the prop if your hubs have gotten too loose.

The prop hub and blades are one piece, you should be able to grab the motor with the tool or your hand and be able to unscrew the propeller. Try putting a rag or something on the blades so you get a better grip when removing them and not to cut your hand.

Heard of a third party prop doing that once. The guy had to finally use a vice grip to snug it up so the hub would not turn inside the prop.

and get a magnifying glass if you need to, but study the circle with arrow picture imbedded in the whte plastic inext to the hub:  compare it to the prop opposite it;  both will unscrew same direction.  practice with the good one opposite so you are 110% SURE of direction to rotate to unscrew or you might destroy the motor.

Use the wrench to hold the motor and vice grips to turn the prop. you don't want to reuse the that prop anyhow.
