Got an Osmo back today and the mount appears to have broken loose. Upon removing the mount you can see that its cheap plastic underneath. Still waiting to hear from the customer in regards to what kind of conditions he was using this in. I can see this breaking very easy if in cold condtions. Everything is in immaculate condition with not a scratch.

WOW, it looks like it had a hard force applied to do that.

Yeah Ken just got off the phone with my customer. He said he used it for about 15 minutes total at a wedding. He is a great customer who has never had issues and said it performed flawlessly. Not sure if this happened in transit or not. Still doing some checking.

Ya, it's strange, If the gimbal doesn't have a mark on it then it looks like the gimbal had to be pushed up on something,

You can fall holding this thing, and bumping into a person. Thus damaging the ring support and leave no trace on the gimball as scratch or other cosmetic damage.

The force was strong with this one.

Or it sat in the case, someone stepped on it. and folded back the shape.

Is it possible to fix with replacement parts?
