The device I was using for the dji app died.  I pulled a stupid move and can't remember the "easy" password I put into the drone.  I need to reset the wifi password to the factory 12341234, is there a way to do this?

To reset the password, follow these steps.
Turn on controller, turn gimbal dial to far right, and toggle S2 back and forth at least 3 times.
Remote will sound long beep if the SSID and password for WiFi video downlink has been reset

What is the selector gimbal?

How do I reset a phantom 4. I'm not getting a connection from the P4.
I have reset my controller and is linked because I can move the camera.

you know what, when i try to reset password nowdays it goes back to 12341234 right? but it just keep blinking, -red and green, never heard a beep i turn it off and then on, but no beep...

Can you post a video clip or what your seeing.

You learn something new here every day, so is it true that any Tom, Dick, or Harry can view my cam if i dont change the wifi password on my p3p Regards Hawk.

I did just left it for about 4 - 5 min, and it start to beep, beep...
No long beep, but the password was reset.

You are following the instructions per the manual?
So is it not linked?

Yes the tx/rx is linked.
I bought this P3S second-hand, but the wifi pwd 12341234 did not work, so I did try to reset
as I did in my post. But I never got any long beep. Pwd was reset and the radio controller and WiFi
works perfect now :-)
Just do not understand why I did not get any long beep, to confirm the pwd reset.

Everything works fine now (I think) I am going to fly it now :-)
