Updatet trough the DJI GO APP android! on the app said updated successefuly, restarted the osmo and could not connect to it i couldnt see it on my wifi list.
Tried the wifi reset did not help.

Please contact us through the phone call or life chat, explain that your osmo is not connecting to wifi because the of FW bug.  DJI will cover osmo shipping fee

Hi Tim, what should I do? Nobody in HQ answer me my e-mail.

I wrote to us support and they told me to write to headquarters because I bought it in Thailand (although I live in Venezuela, South America).

I can't call because I'm in the mountain and I don't have phone service. Live chat also told me to write emails to support.

hi! im experiencing the same problem.I bought my osmo in Singapore so if i wanna send it,do i send it to dji or Singapore?
