A car charger would be great, but going on previous experience with the P2 car charger going for £79, I found it easier and cheaper to get a 12v socket power inverter that you just plug your normal charger into.
I find an advantage of the car charger is when charging from alternate sources like GOAL ZERO batteries such as the Sherpa 100. Power inverters are bulky and a pain and involve additional equipment whereas a simple 12v adapter has less failure opportunity. I use my 12v car adapter on my Phantom batteries often and really want one for the Inspire.
