*what is 'Up optional (number) Option' means?
*Public voting participant = Does this mean everyone including those who didn't sign up / register on this forum can also vote?

Hi, the grammar might be a little confusing here, I've reported this to the forum manager.
"Up optional(number ) Option"  stands for the maximum voting option you can choose at the same time. And customers need to log in to participant.
" Public voting participant" means whether you want to publish voting participants' name or not. Nice poll, by the way.

I miss an Option such as: I did the Buggy Version Update wo. bricking my OSMO

I did the Update and it shows 1.xxx.19++
Afterwards i had to Format my SD to get the BUGFIXED Version correctly Installed.
Now it shows the v1.4.80 under About

Then your experience goes to option #3, using 25th Dec. version (that's how I personally call it).

Try insert the card to your PC, then format from there.
Keep the file system as FAT32, and allocation unit size to 'Default allocation size', check Quick Format, proceed.

You can try to format your SD card by the DJI GO app, Camera view->Setting->Camera->Scroll down ->Format SD Card.

No, I can't. I bricked my Osmo thanks to the firmware update you launched on December 25th

About the grammar, we've changed it. About the publish participants, I have to contact the forum manager to confirm it. I will give you a feedback soon.

Can't find the way to format Fat32 but ExFAT seem to works (?).... Still got the Osmo bricked (wifi problem) but it records and can read the MicroSD card and firmwares although it finish with the red light (fail).

You're using SD Card is 64GB (or higher)?
FAT32 is up to 32GB SD Card. 64GB or higher SD Card is formatted by exFAT.

64 Gb u3 San Disk... Maybe I should try with one of 32 Gb.

You are missing option 5 : I am not gonna update firmware until I get assurances from DJI that the update is now bug-free..

Just updated my Osmo via SD card(from the original firmware that came with it), everything went fine!

The new firmware is ok to update, the file is named BUGFIX to indicate that the issue has been resolved.

After changing to a different SD card, it went perfectly to a successful update.  Thanks

I changed my wifi name first and updated to the firmware on December 25th without a problem. Maybe I got lucky!!!

Hi all. It was a bit of downer that the latest firmware was not already embedded in my Osmo that arrived a few days ago, but the firmware upgrade was a simple and hassle-free process.

I went with the micro-SD method for installing the new firmware. I shot footage on the Osmo for a day with the old firmware and did not come across any discrepancies. Hey, it's fun stuff!

I have finally do firmware update, from 1.0.1.19 to 1.5.2.00.

OSMO_FW_RESULT_AB v1.05.02.00.txt:
