READ and UNDERSTAND the content of mail from customers. ASK to an expert all your doubts about DJI products and don't contradict DJI manuals.
ANSWER customers requests WITHOUT pre-written forms just to pretend you are interested on their problems.

DON'T KILL DJI just because you want to save money on After Sale Service. The common opinion about DJI on my drone community is "Awesome products + Horrible service = AVOID"
