Hi,
I'm having a problem involving the the LED of my F550 M-Light. When the craft is on the ground, everything seems right, with the LED blinking normal green lights, occasionaly some red ones as well. However, when I hit the throttle and the craft leaves the ground (only when it leaves the ground), the LED blinks only red lights. When I put the craft on the ground again, it comes back to normal (LED blinks green light).
Has anyone had a similar problem like this??

Bad battery?  Do you have FPV and iOSD so you can observe voltage?  Or one of those little battery checkers to tell you the voltage in each cell after you land.

Or go to NAZA assistant->advance menu->voltage and take a look in the low alarm voltages (maybe the settings are very high for your voltage). Then upload here a shot of what you see plus telling us how many cells battery are you using so we can help you further

your lipo is sagging, and you need to buy a new one.

Just to make sure you can turn off voltage protection.. If the problem goes away, you need to replace your packs.

before deciding about bad lipos make the steps I wrote before to see if your alarms cause the issue

His cell count is right, otherwise he would be getting the pattern all the time. His batteries are sagging, even at stock settings it should not start blinking that fast. My money is on the lipos are toast..

Check the voltage on battery by a multimeter, compare it to the value in Assistant.
One possible cause could be the damaged cell. Where you buy you batteries?

I had the same yesterday both new batteries the first was fine for the flight the second I took off and it started to flash red when i took off,  tested with a tester to tell me it's 98% full.
I had a 4s battery first then fitted a 3s one.  Think it was still thinking it was a 4s one.

I tested it last week and it drops by 0.2v max. it auto landed at 11.6v but the 1st level protection is set to come on at 11.55 and auto land at 11.2.

Is there a fault somewhere that i'm not picking up on?

It will drop at least .8 volts loaded, get dji iosd so you can monitor your voltage better..  If u don't get at least .8 volts drop when loaded your testing it wrong, period

I'm having the same issue. Have a brand new Zippy 5000mah 4s 25c pack from HK and when I charge it up take it off charger my voltage meter reads 98% with 16.8 (4.12 x 4) volts. I set the naza First Level Fail Safe at 15.8 voltage to see when the lights trigger to do the loss test but as soon as the quad gets above 10% throttle and off the ground RED lights start flashing crazy. I bring the quad down check the voltage and it drops down to 15.9 but then quickly goes back up to 16.4. This crap is confusing me lol.

Once the voltage reaches protection level it will blinking
You could do voltage calibration or change protection level.
