Hi. I am currently experiencing video lag and no signal with my Phantom 3-Professional. I upgraded firmware from 1.1.5 to 1.1.6 then after the test flight, i have been noticing severe video lag and no signal. However, i can still see the telemetry working. I tried reinstalling firmware, Go App, reset and re linked RC but the problem persists.
I now downgraded firmware to 1.1.5 but i am worried that it would conflict with the upgraded firmware of the battery. I have attached a video link of the flight. Fyi. I was forced to land when signal has been lost. Restarted the Phantom 3 and RC during this flight.

Thank’s guys,
I went back to firmware to 1.05.0030 and returned to communication with the camera. I will fly with him soon and come back later to tell you how it was.

Cant wait til we hear from you about the downgrade. I just tested mine again and still freezes up and then black screen dji logo then comes back on...but only for a min before it does it all over again. Dji email said the 1.6 batteries will work fine after downgrade to 1.5

Downgrading the firmware to 1.5.3 worked for me.  Suggest giving it a try.

Have you had any luck getting smooth video signal?
Since your using a Note4 you shouldn't have any issue.
Go into your settings menu, then applications, then application manager, then running.
You can see your RAM and how much is free. I bet if you scroll down to see all the apps running in the background you'll be surprised. You need to stop or force stop app the non necessary apps that are using up your RAM.
Your phone will work much faster if you do this and it will make the GO app work better. Also, when using the GO app have your phone in airplane mode.

Reformat the SD card, make sure only the BIN file is on the SD card and try it again. it can take over 25 minutes. You have the Phantom Pro correct?
Here is a video a user made of a full length Phantom3 Pro update, please watch it to see if your update is going similar to the video.

Hi I have got no HD .aktualizoval I firmwares and does not help anything in the file after updating , I found the phantom 3P is updated to version 1.5.0030
even after several attempts were not updated since then the problem of HD I tried to update 1.6.0040 and still the same signal .nejde The problem of auto transcription or Custom. pouzivam iphon app 6S RC- nova version 1.5.70
version 2.4.3 - APP
aicraft version 1.5.30+
a constant problem signal HD signal sometimes has proved sometimes not .

ani po niekoľkých pokusoch neboli aktualizované, pretože potom je problém HD som sa snažil aktualizovať 1.6.0040 a stále rovnaký signál .nejde Problém automatického prepisu alebo Vlastné. pouzivam iPhone App 6S RC- nova verzia 1.5.70

verziu Letecká 1.5.30+
neustály problém so signálom HD signálu niekedy sa ukázala niekedy nie.

Also, when you put the SD card in after a minute or so do you hear the 4 beeps DDDDD, DDDD and the gimbal light flashes red/green?

Your link does not work.
Also, if the gimbal light is flashing red and green then that means it is updating and everything is working ok. You just have to let it sit until it is finished and the light is solid green.
while the red and green light is flashing the camera will beep DDDD,DDDD,DDDD,DDDD and when it's finished it will beep D-DD,D-DD,D-DD

Having the same problem after updating to the latest firmware. This is completely unacceptable.   Horrible video lag at any distance and direct view.

DJI P3P
iPhone 6S plus all latest updates and firmware.   Tried the rollback and still not fixed.  Now I can't fly my $1,500 toy once again.   Do you guys not test or QC these updates?

P3 ad. Looses RC then HD signal about 2 mins into flight then returns home . Then gets no signal unless I'm 2 ft away from drone until I restart it again . I have newest firmware , tried downgrading , still won't work . Did cold IMU calibration , re linked RC over and over . Same issue , is it because I'm near a airport (about 5 miles) I've flown here 100 times no issues . Help !

Honestly, I have never heard of losing video and RC signal at the same time after an update especially only a few hundred feet away.
You have the RC update on 1.5 and the aircraft on 1.6?
Also, lower the video transmission quality and turn of the WiFi.

Yes , it's very strange , the firmware is the most up dated but I down graded to the last one (drone only not RC)  . I'm not sure if it's strong interference ? Solar storms ? But I haven't flown it for about a month and then updated it before flying it yesterday . Last time I flew it was flawless . Now it works great until about 1-2mins into flight or about 50-100 away . The RC signal first drops to 1 bar or maybe all the way . Then the HD does the same but comes in and out and eventually totally drops . Drone enters RTH and lands once it's on ground and I walk up to it the signal comes back 100% . I do nothing and take off again then when it gets about 10-20 ft away it completely drops again . It doesn't matter if it's 50 ft above me or 50 ft directly level with me it still does it and then won't even work from 1-2ft away . So I've tried turning everything off and back on then it will get a strong again until it's 50 ft away and / or 1-2 mins into flight . I've flown in this spot 100 times never had this happen I have windsurfer reflective signal booster and have reached insane distances with no signal loss of any sort . Only thing I can think of is the firmware . I've had no crashes ever , I take very good care of my drone . Everything is always in a case . I've done all calibrations , re link , tried everything and anything people have said to do on Forums . There's other people with similar issues after this firmware update . Some are very similar some are a little different but still have signal issues . It's very frustrating I spent hours and hours and hours trying to figure this out . I haven't flown in a different location yet but will tomorrow I'm hoping it's just interference . Any other ideas I could try ? It's about 30* F out side does that matter ?

Also I've tried setting phone to airplane mode , I'm using iPhone 6 , tried different HD channels , but it's not the HD Channel that's having the worst signal loss it's the RC signal that completely drops . HD signal either drops at the same time or shortly after the RC . Anyways I'm tired I'm probably not making sense I've been online all day and I'm just over it for now ! I hate DJI I'll Never recommend a product Of there's to anyone . This is BS there firmware just causes me problem after problem . When will you guys figure it out ?

FYI the booster on my antennas are just a reflective cone it's not a mod . Just reflective material aimed in a direction to concentrate the signal

Funny enough, I did upgrade again to 1.6 flew several times on the 31st, everything seemed great until I attempted to fly today.  Video loss before even taking off.  Deleted app, restarted the aircraft and remote several times, swapped out memory cards, re-installed the app....spun around a few times on my head in the process.  And got it to work for about 2 minutes worth of flight, only for it to cut out on me.  Executed return to home, landed...and same video problem all over again.
Attempting to downgrade again, and leaving it be.  Something is obivously not 100% with the firmware, as with 1.5.3 I have no issue.

Well I tried flying today way out of town and even worse signal loss . Couldn't even hardly take off before it went completely out .
