Having trouble updating lightbridge.

I have a mac- wish there was software for that..... anyway I found an oldish windows laptop with XP. Downloaded latest software. Have tried both ground unit, and air unit-   But under the upgrades tab it has "no updates" in blue on all 6 items. When I click the blue link it says "Device Information not verified."

The computer is connected to Wifi- not the fastest connection, but, I can open google, and do basic searching steadily- but I am not sure if the assistant software is connecting, or

In the bottom left corner of software, the two lights (dull blue and red) do not blink at all, when i plug in the ground and/or air unit, which makes me wonder if the software is somehow not recognizing the units.

Any thoughts?

Did you install the windows supplied driver?  It was a little wonky for me at first as well.  Took a couple times of relaunching, plugging and unplugging USB from Lightbridge.

yeah got it eventually. it was a little wonky, but eventually it recognised it....
