Sorry for your crash,  i recommend you to send you drone to DJI for future test and repair. Now turnaround time is 2 weeks

OK, TIM I am sending it in for repair to Covina, CA. We will see how long it now takes to get it
Fixed and returned. They where faster on the phones. I didn't have to wait that long this time
To talk with someone. That's good. The person I spoke to was very nice. That's also good.
Do they fix gimbals or would I have to buy another one if mine is bad??

They will fix gimbals depending on how bad the damage is. If it is really bad they will recommend a replace.

Sorry to hear you banded up your Inspire. I hope the repair process goes well for you.
