Have to give credit where credit is due.
Was discharging my battery to recalibrate. Was about 5 feet off the ground and the motors shut off and the bird just fell. I thought I was ok, but the two back landing gear struts were cracked. Also one of the landing gears had broken away from the motor mount arm. After owning 20 various DJI drones, this was my first "crash", ok somewhat of a crash. Started the RMA 16 days ago (travel time hampered by the holidays). Just got the bill today for the repair and was amazed at how inexpensive this was. Granted, camera was fine, motors, etc, but the response time has been wonderful so far. I actually just called because I thought the bill was actually low for what was on the invoice. As a business owner, I did not want to cheat anyone.
