I recently noticed that when going into the app for flight data review,  data is being stored however I am not able to pull up video or photos from the flight data from that screen. It used to show me photos and or video. Any thoughts. Should I delete the app and reinstall. I did not want to do that as their has been an app update and I see a lot of bad reviews with the new update. All settings are set correctly to store or push data to the phone to store video on phone. Again when in app under flight data, the information is stored but I can not retrieve any photo or video here...

Android had an update a few days ago.
Sync you flights to the cloud, then delete the app and reinstall.

I am just wondering if you realise that any photos or movies stored on the phone are not easily accessed if you are using an iOS device, can't say for Android. Flight data is there, but the real copies of the photos and movies are in the SD card in your aircraft.

The low resolution copies on the phone are subject to available meory in the phone and will not be stored if the file exceeds the avaialbe memory space on your phone. Also, as new ones are added, the older ones are erased to make room.
