I tried to use my brand new thumb controller today on my new Ronin-M.  I turned it on, charged it with USB, and then plugged it into my Mac and activated Gimbal 2.2.  Gimbal said the "receiver" needed an update.  So update I did.  Got a "successful" message or the like and something about activating "default".  However, there was no such doing as I was experiencing a "hang".  The spinning orb of death.  After a time I had no choice but to restart.  And when I did that, the thumb controller was bricked.  Wouldn't turn on.  Isn't recognized by Gimbal.

I screwed, right?  What a massive disappointment.  Crying.  

If I have to send it in somewhere, how do I go about that?   It's a bummer because I followed the "upgraded" steps perfectly.  I feel used.
