Im just wondering how long does the guys from dji reply from the emails?
I found out a crack on my phantom 3 shell. Took a photo of it and sent it to
support@dji.com
It's already saturday almost 7pm (GMT +8) just the same time zone on china...
and to my surprise they emailed me asking the details of the aircraft...
after that I haven't got any response
the request number is 150604
