Wow sooo many for Florida. I also live in Florida and would recommend Tampa. So of the areas recommended are close to Tampa, Fl like Bradenton. Tampa is heavily traveled even by some countries mentioned. You you will have the largest turn out there.

Referencing the balloon fiesta was probably not a good idea I referenced it only that it was a photographic event for photographers,  New Mexico is a very photographic state.  One would not even want to get close to the balloon Fiesta with a flying quad camera.  ( I don't refer to our hobby as drones, the government has drones, they are used to kill people, and spy on you) .  In my opinion it would not be good to even fly a flying camera in Albuquerque period, let alone anytime that the balloon fiesta is going. BTW I have not heard of one incident involving a quad copter on the news or in the paper in the state of NM ever,  how ridiculous this crap is.

How do you locate anyone one near you on this forum other than having to scroll through all the pages to read everyone's location? Logically there should be an easier way.......like entering a state or city in the search bar.....but that doesn't work. Any suggestions?
