Can someone from DJI please update us on the geofencing issue that is on the 2.5.0 app?
I was told to go here DJI flysafe
and check the map to see if I was in a no fly zone, I did and was not in a no fly zone according to that map.
I then went to fly and am getting a "You are in a No Fly Zone" warning and it will not let me take off.
I hooked the ipad up to internet and look at the map in the GO app and the no fly zones are NOT the same as in the link above, they are Much bigger and Many more of them.
What is up? DJI please explain.

Thinking and hoping for the one on top is for beta testing
only and the bottom one is what's to be implemented.

Anyone care to enlighten us?

You are in the same situation I'm in.  I have the normal yellow circles around airports which is understandable but I have a huge geographical area all yellowed off similar to you.  I'm all for the airport thing but these other yellow zones are way too constricted.  I'd almost have to set an unlock every time I fly even in my backyard.  They need to partner with another map company or really rework the map they are using and just limit it to actual areas with airports.

Firstly , turn your aircraft on and keep it on P-GPS mode . Then, keep your mobile connected to the net and connect your mobile to the aircraft . Please wait for several minutes , restart the DJI Go App and see if it's fixed .
If it's not fixed , please kindly contact  flysafe@dji.com about it .

I just sat the copter on the porch, kept the door open so to have wifi on the ipad and that seems to have worked. The No FLy Zones are not covering Everything now, they look reasonable again.
Also, make sure you have auto updates turned on in your settings under itunes and App Store.

Yes I am using my computer but it still applies.
And it turns out I was right - must be a GREAT guesser eh?
