After spending several hours at the computer and Inspire 1 Pro, trying to update the batteries, I found I was useing the wrong bin file.
The Inspire 1 and Inspire 1 Pro are two different animals and require different bin files.
For the Pro users, make sure you have " v1.3.0.60 file
