The shipping time had nothing to do with DJI, so there's no reason to make a negative posting.

Ken, every One should know what he get for his Money.

If you write at DJI-Store €30.- will take a while more such as a Week and €50.- just one or two Days everything is clear.

You can make Pressure on your Partners too - just an Idea to get more positive Responses.

Sorry, but a whole Week for Shipment from UK to Austria and you tell me "this is not in our Hands" :@

How would you call this if you wait for it and have payed for this Service €30.- ?

If you paid extra for faster shipping and when you ordered the DJI website told you when you would get it and you did not get it by then email the sales department and ask why.

Ken, that´s funny because there is no Option for fast Shiment but as i can see i´ve  ayed Euro 32,45 and not 30.-

You can tell me what ever you want but this is poor Service or if you want "Snail-Mail" !!!

The shipping times aren't on DJI, they can give you what the shipping company's advertised times are but once it leaves their building its out of their hands. Just like if a package got damaged, you wouldn't be making a bad post about DJI, it would be the shipping company's responsibility. If they got the product out quickly, thats all you can ask for.

I get its frustrating not getting what you paid for quickly, but making a negative post about them for this is kind of ridiculous.
By the way, 5 business days seems to be pretty standard for shipping for anybody that isn't Amazon Prime.

If you think 5 days it's snail mail then complain to the shipping company. DJI placed your order and it was shipped out the next day. We did our job and did it quickly. Call and complain to the shipping company, but their shipping was also on time.

And look at all those countries it has to pass through. I would call the shipping company and do the same amount of complaining that was done on here. Maybe they can reimburse you the ~32

I can find only two Countries there

What i think is that DJI took the €32,45 for Shipping but it does not pay such an Amount to the Shipping Company in this Case DHL.

As i have found on the Sticker Parcel it´s "only Economy Select"

If i send as private Person (and a Company hase even better Conditions) it cost me €15,99 and so i got really  pissed off if they take me €32,45 and Ken tells me that´s up to the Shipping Company - no, it is NOT !!!

See DHL Pricing below from Great Britain to AUSTRIA (well that´s also in EUROPE)

I do not write here because of the Money, because there is no other Posibility in the Shop - so i have to take it.

Everyone should know what practices they use to earan Money.

I apologize , it looked like 3. Still, I know shipping gets weird when it crosses countries. DHL isn't the best IMHO.  Hope it all works out for you bud.
