To improve theuser experience and understand customers’ needs better, DJI Innovation organized a lottery-attached survey for the first time. Since August, DJI has collected feedbacks from users all over the world through telephone interviews and internet questionnaires. Thank you for all your supports and valuable advice. At the beginning of each month, we will draw one winner of First Prizeand winners of other prizes among users who sent us feedbacks.

First prize (one winner): Phantom 3 Advanced.

Second prize (three winners): 400 DJI Credits (value 400 RMB) which can be used when purchasing a product from the DJI Online Store.

Third prize (five winners): 200 DJI Credits (value 200 RMB) which can be used when purchasing a product from the DJI Online Store.

How do I do the survey ?

These surveys are by @DJI invitation only. The requirements were mentioned above.
If you have not received an invite, then you are out of the survey loop, so to speak.

As per Tim..you had to be a loser (not like...hey, you're a loser..) to become a winner!..you had to have contacted their service department and had a problem they needed to respond to...

I have been in contact with one wonderful lady, in particular, @DJI-Autumn.
Yes, she had been so helpful, and very kind...  Thank you.
