Looking for a all in one software for video/photo editing that you can buy and not have to pay a month fee like adobe. Some decent software. What do you use.

For the photo editing on a mac I use Aurora HDR, it makes a beautiful HDR shots, but it's kind of limited. So I still have to use Photoshop as well

You can buy lightroom without the subscription for photo editing.  That's what most people use besides photoshop.  For video editing pick up the free version of Davinci Resolve and you should be good go besides buying external hard drives for storing your content.
