Just now I had a minute to surf around the Chinese version of DJI forum and found a user with very beautiful works.The special thing about his work is that he points the camera straight down and gets quite interesting shots...
So I thought it would be nice to share these pictures with folks on our forum. Sometimes it's great to have the thread with less text, less techology and more beauty in it.  What do you think?

Do you know if anything was changed in the forum yesterday or the day before?

I noticed that since yesterday I cannot see most pictures in the office... didn't check home.

I tried IE 10 and Chrome.

This pictures you posted, I can download them and see but cannot see in the browser itself.

If I mouse over the first one (example), I see a misspelled message about downloading the image.

Is it just me?

I've been involved in RC and FPV for many years, but photography is a new skill set I have yet to master.
What this bird coupled together with a good eye and skills can achieve is amazing.

Top shots are my best.

The picture of the camel shadows is amazing.  I also like the swimmers in the ocean where you can see the swirls of sand in the receding tide.  Great job.

It says it is blocked... can't show the address but looks like a proxy server... perhaps in my office.

If I change the address of the image manually to:
http://forum.dji.com/data/attach ... r3xvvoouoxzomm4.jpg

Then it works.

Dang... turned off proxy, it works.

As a photographer first, I really want to chime in on this topic.  However, as a forum member/participant I realize this may not be the best course of action.  I am caught in the turmoil of being honest or telling the truth.

Telling the truth and being honest are not the same in my opinion.  I can tell you the truth about something in such a way that it will not hurt you.  However, if I am to be honest with you, the truth may hurt.  Either way I am not being dishonest.  

Okay, no need for a new topic...as a photographer I see this shot as the cheap and easy shot.  The one anyone/everyone can do.  Nothing to it.  Wait for what you want, point the camera down and shoot. Crop to make it interesting.  

(I am sure this won't be popular, sorry if I offended anyone but honesty is the best policy)

Ok, ain't that the truth.
Disagree though, an example is the foresight to see an image before you take off or after and use light,perspective and framing to an artistic view. eg. the camel shot or the 7th one.
Commercial photography and personal can be 2 different things for different reasons.... yet... because of the (new) perspective we achieved from the air someone/anyone can hit a homerun by accident.
I'd like to see more and then further improve.

I'm also a photographer and I disagree with you. It's not just point the camera and shot. Pictures like camel shadows are a perfect art, well done, well composed. The guy needed that "feeling" to compose that, not just point and shot. It's a different kind of photo, a different angle... you can't say it isn't art, it's easy to do, or it's just point and shot... the composition is still there, and composition is everything in a photography.

Is there a simple reason why I cant get any pics on this forum to load? I click on the thumbnails and get taken to another page which is blank???

This website is broken in multiple ways when viewed on a mobile device. That's the reason. Choose "Request desktop site" from your options and everything will work just fine. I've already let DJI support know about this major problem but they don't seem to be bothered about fixing it.
And the photos are just beautiful. I'd be very happy framing a couple of those and putting them up on my wall.
