So, today I noticed these lines in my video. Only happened for about 30 seconds or so but its the first time that I have noticed this. What could cause it?
That looks like prop shadows to me. You are facing the sun and your camera angle is high, both those things can cause a shadow of the moving props across the lens of the camera. Point away from the sun, or tilt the camera down a bit to avoid it.
