I have a couple questions about the educational discount.

First,
I recently purchased a Inspire 1 for educational purposes using your educational discount coupon. Unfortunately the unit I received was defective and I had to return it. Would you please send a new coupon so that I can order a replacement? I sent an email to edu@dji.com but haven't received a response.
