i have a couple of days trying to verify a NFZ or Yellow area and doesnt work

any of these opcions doesnt works, BTW in my country i cant unlock any area

You need a credit card or phone number to unlock authorization zones. What's the big deal. Don't use your card, just use your cell and it will immediately text you the authorization code to unlock the zone.

What browser are you using? I have had problems with other areas of DJI's site when using internet explorer. I have to use Firefox to get the site to work

I am using Google Chrome and it works just fine.
It also work fine on a tablet/phone while you are at the zone.And you are attempting this while you are logged into your DJI account right?

All of the yellow zones you should be able to unlock. You just click on the zone and then it will populate above the submit button and enter as many zones as you want (up to 30) and then enter your serial number then hit submit.

You are saying you do not see yellow zones on the app? You are on the Beta app correct" That's the only way to use the authorization zones.
You need to be on 2.4.4 on the app and 1.7 on your aircraft.
And I do not see any authorization zones in your area, I don't think the beta program is available in your area yet.

yes im in the beta, but in the app i can see the yellow area but in the site i cant unlock it

I don't know. I do not see any yellow zones on the website map and the Beta app only lets you see zones in your general area so i don't know what to say. Can you post a screen shot of the map on your computer?This is what I see, I don't see any authorization zones.

Which brings up another problem.  I've tried before to "log in to my DJI account" and haven't gotten anywhere.  I did NOT register the Phantom, because the dealer did it for me.  I have no idea what they used, and I've tried what they say they used, and it didn't work.  I've tried the login/pw for the forum, and it also does not work.

If the dealer registered it for you then he registered it with your email, if not then he sold you a used Phantom. There's no reason why a dealer would register your Phantom without you knowing the login info. So you are saying that you personally do not have a DJI account? How do you look at your flight records?

I don't think I ever have looked at them.

ok i will post it tomorrow with the dji go app

I think the issue is that the NFZs on the latest drone firmware are out of sync with the updated NFZs on the GEO unlock map. Those saying that it's working fine, give it a go today and double check...
