If anything I think dealing with an established airline company such as Lufthansa will be of benefit to DJI.  Having to face strict airline rules will tighten their discipline and QA whether they like it or not. We, the drone enthusiasts and pros should only benefit from it. Lufthansa made the deal only to cut the costs and make money, if they're not idiots (and I think they aren't) they'll squeeze quality out of DJI pushing them to hire experienced brains, raise standards, etc. etc. to ensure promises made on the contract are fulfilled.

It's just marketing nonsense - like the crap going around a few months ago about DJI buying a handful of Hasselblad shares.

The work DHL have been doing is of more direct interest - check that out.

I use my Phantom to inspect Communication Towers.  I check the mounting and condition of the Antennas. Using the Phantom the job is faster and safer than climbing the Tower.
