I was updating to 1.6 on my Inspire and after 15 minutes I turned on my radio. The status stated "MC connection to the cener board has failed" and "Gimbal cannot receive data".  I turned the unit off then on again but I receive a very loud beeping and still have the errors.

Any help would be appreciated.

I had similar beeping wit the p3 pro. I put the latest firmware on a freshly formatted sd card and ignoring the loud beeping, I left the house for 30 minutes. When I returned, the beeping had stopped and the bird was ok. Seemed the firmware may have been corrupted. I'm not sure if you have the same issue here but it may be worth trying, just don't turn the controller on this time.

Great! That worked like a charm. I used a different SD card, downloaded the firmware again and let it update.  The annoying beeping stopped after 10 minutes and just the normal upgrade beeps were heard.
