I know this has been asked before but I am still not able to get the tils dial to work. It worked for the first couple flights then after a firmware update if stopped working. I just updated to the newest firmware 1.06.00 and still not working. Everything else works as it should, just not the tild dial.

Can sombody help please?

Will it tilt when you swipe the screen in DJI Go? Maybe try downgrade and see if  it works.

check your gimbal setting,  make sure that the gimbal tilt speed is not on "0"

I checked the gimbal tilt speed, I tried all ranges. No luck

when in the gimbal settings on the app, theres a menu to calibrate and something like go down/up. When selecting that does that go up and down (camera view) ?

Just go to the menu where you can choose wath to do with the 2 buttons and then it will work again.
You must do this every time you start the app

Yes it does go up and down with the button on the back

I tried that and nothing happened. I am able to change assigned tasks with the buttons but the dial still does not work

In DJI Go, tap the RC icon at the top next to aircraft status. ,Then tap gimbal wheel speed, what is that value on the slide bar set? If not at zero I would think some wiring loose in the RC that connects gimbal wheel or faulty wheel.

They already used the slider and it did not work.

Does the camera tilt in the app? On the right next to the shutter button there's a blue dot, tap that up or down and see if the camera tilts. If it does then it may be the wheel.

Ok so I was able to tilt the gamble in the app. Does that mean something is wrong with the dial on the controller?

Maybe try to calibrate remote. When you do a RC calibration you calibrate the sticks and the gimbal wheel.

Well I took the back cover off and noticed that the ribbon wire that goes to the dial was pinched and has a tear in it. It will be an easy fix if I can get a replacement somewhere. Does anyone know where I can obtain one?

Ok, glad you got it. I was going to say that if it tilted in the app then something is wrong with the wheel on the RC.

Does anyone know where I can buy a dial ribbon wire from?

Thanks for this post, I had the same issue and thought my dial was broken. I just didn't calibrate the dial at the same time i did the joysticks

Thanks Tim, had the same problem with my camera not moving by remote. I had the Gimble set on 0. As soon as I read your post I checked mine and it was on 0. As soon as I moved it to a higher number it was perfect, thanks mate.

Check your gimble control on your app is not on 0, mine was and that was the problem. All fine now.

I had the same issue but in my bad vision didn't see the tilt set at 0 as well as the other settings. I did a calibration anyway on the gimbal then set them to 10 for tilt and 30 for smoothness
