I regret I brought the stupid OSMO.
I follow the instruction to connect my phone, LG G4 (Android 6.0), to the OSMO.
I can only got the black screen.
I try to update the firmwear, but repeatedly failed!!!!
So disappointed for DJI

Just a though,if you haven't tried it already, try to reset osmo, hold the Trigger button and the Record button at the same time, and then switch on the Power until the indicator blinks red and green, be sure to have fully charged battery,then the osmo will upgrade again, hopefully this works

According to the Log remark: 'Multiple version firmware bin files are detected. Please delete the redundant bin file', Did you extracted more than one *.bin files to the SD card? Please make sure that only the wanted *.bin file is in the root directory of the SD card.

Thanks for you reply.

Actually I try one firmware at each time.
Also I try reset the OSMO using the method provided. But the new FW still can not be successfully updated.

Please format the SD card before extracting any files into it, try to format it within the DJI GO App if you can connect to the App (Gear Icon in the right bottom corner->Camera->the third section: General seting, tap the 'format SD card'), or you can use another new clear SD card, then try to upgrade again. I'll wait for your reply here.

I bought new SD card, format it as you mentioned, try reset OSMO & upgrade the FW again & again, still failed.

i bielieve that the new update will fix it.
however i'm afraid to do this update in my osmo!
4K resolution is not stable at "v1.0"
I'n not sure if the trigger lock is working all the time!
I'm still testing it. It looks a nice tool, but needs a lot of updates ...

Calm down! Did it appear any other abnormal phenomenon? Up to now, you just mentioned that there is no live image feed in the DJI GO App, didn't you? Please don't be angry, if we can't really fix the problem here for you, you may be allowed to apply for free repair or a free replacement if your Osmo was activated within 15 days.

Did you upgraded to the latest firmware version v1.6.2.10? If you did, please upgrade the DJI GO App to the latest version v2.7.1 at the same time.
You may need to re-boot or re-install the App to get it work normally.
Please check if your mobile device is in good condition. The image transmission is also related to the SD card, so please check the SD card.

Hi, after installing the v1.6.2.10 I obtained the black screen in the  DJI GO Iast version.
I already followed the DJi-Ken for OSMO firmware reset, but  it didn't work.
Also i pressed trigger and vdeo record button simultaeously with power button. In this case the systems status led blinks between red and green, but nothing happens.
I tried with 2 new SD cards formatted and with bin file copyied, with the same results.
PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!

Do you also have the latest app installed? if so remove/delete the app and reinstall it, also what device are you using? how long have you had the osmo?  try and remove the camera from the gimble and gently clean/check connections, then reassemble the camera back onto the handle and be sure locking ring seated and locked into the correct position, try to format the sd card through the app.

The documentation says that the camera status led blinks red and green during the upgrade process. In my case tje System Status Led blinks between red and green. Which one is correct ?

Please note that the system status indicator (right LED) does not reflect the upgrade status. At any given time during the upgrade process, it may blink red and green alternately or grow solid green. When the battery is in low power, it will blink red.
During the upgrade process, the Left LED should blink red and green alternately. When the upgrade is finished, it will beep D DD. Then you just need to power off your Osmo, format your SD card and power it on to check if you've upgraded it successfully.

Is that the case for you?

This is not my case. Every time I power on the OSMO with the SD card with the new Firmware it goes on and both leds remain green. If I press simltaneously the trigger, the video rec buton and the powern on, the system status (right LED) blinks between red and green alternately and the camera status (left LED) remains off.

As mentioned in your former post, you've upgraded the firmware to the latest one v1.6.2.10, haven't you?
If you've upgraded it successfully, it will just abort your further upgrade attempts. May I have a look at your upgrade log file? I mean the "OSMO_FW_LOG_AB.txt", it's a hidden file normally, you may need to enable the option of "display hidden folders" in your PC to show it.

Right now, do you still have the 'black screen' problem? Please try these troubleshooting first:
1) Make sure your phone is compatible with the DJI GO App, check if your phone has enough memory to run this App.
2) Re-install the DJI GO App.
3) Check your SD card condition whose performance may have an effect on the image transmission.

I'm sorry that I may make you confused. About the indicators, I wanna explain:
What I said before in 27# is suitable for upgrading the firmware via the SD card or DJI GO App. This upgrade tutorial is for your reference:
What you described in 28# is right for Trigger + Record + Power Switch. The whole process may take around 25-30 minutes, you may wanna try that method again, and I would like to hear from you soon about the further feedback.

The provided .txt file is the "OSMO_FW_RESULT_AB.txt" actually, but not "OSMO_FW_LOG_AB.txt". Well, it shows that you've upgraded the firmware to v1.6.2.10 successfully. I wanna look at the detail upgrade results in  "OSMO_FW_LOG_AB.txt"...
One more thing is that please make sure that your DJI GO App is the latest version (v2.7.1 for iOS, v2.7.2 for Android UP TO NOW), and don't forget to connect your phone to the OSMO WiFi. If the problem exist all the time, would you mind sending me some shortcuts of your DJI GO App for our review?

If you've tried all those troubleshooting without success, I would suggest sending your unit to our service center for a full check.
If there's anything else I can do for you, please let me know.
