Very nice.  My only thought is-- be careful with the close fly-bys...  Done to the head would not be good. ;-(

p.s.  Did you get the drone out of the tree? ;

I don't see the humor in it. This was one compass malfunction away from yet another damaging news story.

I think your point is definitely valid.   I tried to keep my distance when doing the flyovers but the close-up in the middle before the quad footage, was not planned and was wayyyyy too close.  I was focused on the phantom for a second and he walked right up to it.  We had a chat about that and I hope to avoid that in the future.   I think I will maybe give the flyovers more space too, just to be safe.  I appreciate the feedback.

Yea I never did either!  Until that's all the kid wanted for Christmas.  Its battery powered with a rubber drive wheel in the front. and what looks kinda like rollerblade wheels on the back.   The thing lasted probably almost 45 minutes on the single charge but that's really the first day it was warm enough to use it. It's made by Razor the company that makes all the little scooters.

Awesome! That is very responsible of you. Learning is part of the process. That being said, I have to have one of those carts! Do they make them in adult sizes?!

No problem, Im actually in Chicago.   Keep an eye out  Think the retail price for the crazy cart is like 349-399$, I ended up finding a deal on amazon for like 249$.  I'd just make sure he's got some kind of helmet, the thing will go like 12mph.

OK so I was curious.  Crazy cart XL is actually 600+ http://www.walmart.com/ip/44886441
For anyone looking for the kid's one that's in the video, it appears they can be had through wally world for 265 http://www.walmart.com/ip/36884227

The standard holds up to 140lbs the XL holds 240lbs.   I can confirm the standard will hold 200 OK but can't guarantee how well it will hold up under that abuse

Thanks, I got the Jr for $99 at Toysrus. He is 3 and has a helmet for his bike.

The first few months I got into serious cycling, I rode without a helmet. Bought a quality helmet - seemed expensive at first - and about a month later got hit from behind. Destroyed my helmet. Fortunately, it only scratched my bike (Domane 5.9 with Ultegra electrical shifting).

The bike shop used my helmet as an advertisement and sold lots of helmets!

Your video was fun to watch. S lot more than just scenery and something interesting that could theoretically take place just about anywhere. I thought it showed some great imagination.

Nice video!

As you know now, a bit too close to a person.

Also, try not to adjust the shot while you are doing it. Cut the flight adjustments out with another shot.

Cheers!
