What happened exactly? If you wanna buy a new battery for your Osmo, please look at DJI official website and contact the sales for the details.

The distributor I deal with on all my aerial product purchases has not been able to get the batteries.  Do you not sell them through your distributors?

I ordered Osmo batteries on Saturday, February 6 2016 and as of Friday February 12 they still have not shipped...no word from DJI.  POOR SERVICE.

I actually can walk into quite a number of shops here in Singapore and buy a Osmo battery immediately. Think the stocks are readily available

Yeah..i ordered extra batteries and a rode mic from dji and was at my door here in California  in 2 days. I was amazed how fast actually.
