I did buy from the DJI's Site last week a set (4) of the carbon fiber props for Phantom 3 Pro and I was wondering how good does it help the performance of the bird ??

You'll notice zero difference in flight time or performance.
The props might have nice stripes on the tips and are a bit tougher if they hit something.

I say better performance, as in moving about quicker.  not as tough as the plastic as they will break and chip.  plenty of threads on here and youtube videos

No they will shatter if you hit something, trust me, I have tried.
I feel like the drone becomes a tiny bit more responsive with harder props.

There's a big difference between DJI carbon reinforced props and carbon fibre props
They are not the same thing .
DJI props won't shatter as they are not hard carbon fibre and epoxy.
They also will give absolutely zero improvements in performance but look OK.

Can I see your research that proves there is zero performance difference?

It just seems like the factory props would create a controlled break if you will?

I mean wait if a gust of wind tilts it over while landing., wouldn't a carbon prop keep turning causing stress on the motors? A factory prop would most likely chip or break.

Just ask anyone that's used them.  Plenty of them report no difference.
Plus DJI don't even claim any performance increase.
They are the same size and a similar weight.
What's going to change?

Do you want me to take a picture of my DJI reinforced props that shattered on impact 3 days ago?

The increased probability of shattering is a feature, not a bug.  I want the prop to take as much of the impact as possible and leave the motor and frame along.  The prop is gone anyway, might as well have its sacrifice mean something.

Other than that, they offer no improvement  or change but they look cooler....

Sometimes when I'm filming in a windy they, my bird tilts and is possible to see the propellers on my record. If I use a carbon fiber prop instead the regular one, can I avoid this effect duo the prop color, or the black color does this effect more apparent?

I have the carbon props.  I can't tell the difference.  I think it's a placebo effect.

The only thing that I have noticed about the carbon fiber props, is that there harder to undo then the plastic ones after your flight, need to use the spanner.
They are tough thou.
