I purchased a brand new DJI ZENMUSE X5 VIDEO CAMERA W/O LENS from B&H on January 14, 2016.  We thought we were getting another Inspire 1 and did not.  Comes with the original box, paperwork, not a scratch on it.  Hasn't even been breath on wrong...
