I'm sorry you are having difficulty connecting everything.Here are instructions on resetting the WiFi.
Also, in the Academy section of the app is the full PDF manual and a bunch of tutorial videos. I suggest spending some time in there going over the great info that's there. There is also a flight simulator as well.
When you open the app, the top right corner has a graduation hat icon, tap that and you will find everything in there.

There are also videos in the Academy section of the app that show in detail how to reset the WiFi and bind the aircraft.

If you have tried all suggestions and watched the tutorial videos and it still cannot get it to work, then contact support for a possible RMA.
