I am hoping someone from DJI reads this and can help as the Europe office has not bothered responding to any emails I have sent (3 now).

I recently had my P3A returned from Holland after I had a crash .. paid €500 for the fix ... now when I switch the phantom3 on it takes about 2 minutes to connect the RC to device then after a couple of minutes flying it loses connection and returns to home !!!

Can you believe the DJI office in Holland have no telephones !!!!!  -- only email to which they cant be bothered to reply to !!


Each time I send an email a reply is received ... maybe someone at DJI can check the ticket numbers:  

165587 (1 email sent on 13th Feb) .. no reply
139923 (last email sent 13th Feb, before that 7th Feb) .. no reply to either
147532 (last email sent 13th Feb, before that 7th Feb) .. no reply to either


THIS IS SHOCKING SERVICE DJI .... SOMEONE NEEDS TO ACTION THIS AND DEAL WITH A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

I did manage to get a phone number for DJI in Germany .. a very helpful person and advised it needs to be returned to DJI under warranty - but he advised although he was working for DJI, Had access to the tickets he was unable to help and I asked if I could send to Germany for a repair and he said no it all goes through Holland !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HOPING THAT SOMEONE FROM DJI CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, AFTER ALL ITS US CUSTOMERS WHO KEEP YOU GUYS IN A JOB !!!
I ONLY WANT A REPAIR AND TO USE THE THING I PURCHASED !!!!

Yes I have send many times email to them they not responds emails why I don't know. But I chat with them and that's work so far i got rma ticket after 2 hours. Phone number in holland they said coming soon!

same here, requested some inquiries and no reply.... going on holiday soon and just asked them how long it takes to fix my cracked shell... the same problem as many phantom owners have. no crashes but cracks...

Well DJI in holland got back to me earlier to confirm address and said they would arrange a pickup as matter of urgency .. but as of yet .. no label or other information.
Lets hope I get a reply ,... 45mins to go until they close for day !!!

I did get an email offering a possible solution, to which I replied
I was expecting details on how it will be collected, but nothing ... just looks like it has gone into another email/ticket system black hole.

DJI just blocked me on Instagram! I don't know why they would do that but it's so annoying because that's how I find out about the latest news from DJI. I'm really mad

That will be a decision you will have to make, with the P3 Pro sale price you can buy another one for a great deal

Hi Ken,
I think you may have misread something somewhere.

The original "crash" was determined to be pilot error to which i had to pay €500 for a repair and had the drone back in January.

The new issue is since it has come back after flying for a few minutes it keeps losing signal and returning back to home .. so either (1) the repair was not done correctly or (2) when they repaired it they broke something ... but what it does 100% show is that it was not tested properly before it was sent back.

No email was received from you, but not sure if you meant an email was sent to holland (in that case .. good luck with getting a reply !!!)

The main information is now within the ticket number 165587 and I even emailed the dropbox account where the logs are from last weekend ... there is no pilot error involved !!!

I've spoken to technical support, and after failing to find the fault they told me to contact support, which I did, but I haven't heard anything.

Hi Ken

Can you help me please?

Power everything up, and go to the About tab in general settings and post what the aircraft version currently says.

Then try to start from the beginning, format the SD card from your computer. Then download the Advanced 1.6 firmware to your computer. open the zip file and install only the BIN file on the SD card. but it in the aircraft and power up only the aircraft.
It should start beeping and the gimbal will start moving. After close to 30 seconds the camera light will alternate red/green and the gimbal will make 4 beeps in a row DDDD, DDDD, DDDD and so on. Leave it alone for up to 30 minutes OR you can tell when it's done if the beeps go to 3 beeps D-DD, D-DD and the camera led will be green.

If it does not do that after 25 minutes then power off the aircraft and post the hidden file again.

Also, start another thread and not keep posting in this thread since it had nothing to do with the thread title.You can reply to this thread and let me know the title of the other thread you will start or post into .
