Hi,

I have ordered a DJI Phantom 3 Advanced and I'm just wondering with the Pro being all but the same apart from the camera, If later down the line if i wish to upgrade to 4K i would be able to buy just a replacement Pro 4K camera and fit it to the Advanced and if that would work fine?

Yes.  Asked and answered many times.  Not inexpensive though.  Best to buy the Pro first.  Prices are much lower than they used to be.
