Ordered my Insipre in November.
Rceived a note that it has been delayed. Fine.
Finally gets shipped out and due to the fact that DGI does not know how to ship. MY unit is stuck in Customs for 5 days.
DJI sends it DHL as DDC (Taxes and duties payed by shipper) and don't even conact DHL Back on this.
and send incomplete manufacture country

That's a bummer to hear. DJI should do the right thing and fix this situation for you. I'm assuming you've already contacted them. Have they been of any assitance? Also, what country are you in?
I had no issues with my order from DJI to the USA.

I'm on the same boat. My inspire has been waiting for custom clearance since January 2nd. Emailing back and forth so many times with still no results. I'm in Canada what about you?
Mine wont be shipping until the end of the month.. I've never had any issues with my 2 past Phantom orders that had to ship to Canada from DJI thru DHL... That sure sucks knowing its so close but stuck at customs! GRRR!
Thanks for responding. Lucky you. Ordered mine on the 16th November for delivery to Netherlands. Still waiting dispatch information. Advised up to another 2 weeks.
