I will add a video. Are you able to zoom in on the still? I was able to left click on the still, expand to full frame and left click with the magnifying glass to view the top left corner.

Look in the upper  LEFT Corner Harb You can see it.  I can see it, but this is out of my area of expertise. it is about  7mm x 7mm   Looks like lines.  Maybe best in a video.  Maybe a lower frame rate ? Total guess !  or Prop Shadows? another total guess!

Good Luck donnie

I see that, that's not your prop is it and it was windy and the gimbal was tilted in that direction more so you only see one side?

Yes, I don't see what else it can be.
To the OP, you can also tilt the camera down a little more as well.
What I do is go back and forth at full speed and keep tilting the camera down until I cannot see the props anymore. And doing it facing the sun will make 100% sure you won't have any props in the video.

I think your bang on Harb.  I looked under a magnifying glass and those lines continue to the pier.  Don't think it's a prop issue.  Still, I'd like to see the video.

Definitely not prop, It's hardware issue, could be bad bad gimbal connection or faulty sensor. I'm not DJI tech support but I would sent it back

I see what you are saying now. I would call support tomorrow morning and give them the link in the email they send you so the repair center can see the video.
They will get you a prepaid shipping label and send it in to be looked at.

Does it do that in all of your videos?  and Pictures ?   Maybe take the lens cover  ( UV or Plain ) off and see if something is on the actual lens, like piece  of plastic or something.   Use a magnifying  glass if necessary.  Just hate to see you ship it out for a simple fix.  ( If it is something easy)

Nice of DJI to help though.

cheers-donnie
