No, do not fly during a snow storm
this is a bad idea and will eventually cause damage to your aircraft

Thanks for the feedback, you're right no need to take chance

Snow is simply water with a slight delay on it..........as Rich said, it would be a very expensive bath.

It is definitely not recommended to fly during the snow, rain,  storm, tornado, earthquake, end of the world or any other kind of natural disasters

I would happily donate my drone to get Asteroid shots........ Pretty sure I could afford another one with all the news royalties....

That's a shame. How about pyroclastic flows? I'd love to take a video of one of those... Not sure where I'd stand to not be in the way of it, though.

Ideally not but a few seconds in light snowdall at sunrise could look very cool but of course the cost could be you need a new drone. Otherwise you want to film the snow on the ground as much as possible. Its stunning at dawn or dusk! As you get some more colour & depth to the snow / landscape

Not my vid, but its good eh. I'm heading off to Iceland in early april so hoping to get some similar shots. Fingers crossed anyway.
