It's because that sevral devices want to connect the wifi at the same time, please try to disconnect all the devices, forget all the passward. Reset aircraft wifi and change the passward. Don't let multiple device which have stored the passsward try to connect it at the same time.

everytime i try to reset password is telling   . failed to reset password . please try again and on the dji go app screen is telling me      weak image transmission signal.

Please try to force stop the app at the background or restart your mobile phone, also make sure there is only one mobile device. Try to test IOS device, since we've only got this kind of feedback from the android device currently.
