Hi
Everything had been working fine so far, and just yesterday I lost the ability to push the pan axis to quickly center the gimbal before shooting. The tilt axis can be pushed just fine and keeps its position but the pan keeps going back to the central position. Flipping the switch in the iPhone app does nothing.
What can I do to get it back ? I didn't update anything in the meantime...

Alright. The "test pan speed" in the Smoothtrack section doesn't work anymore either. Tilt and roll speed can be tested just fine.

Hi, could you please reset the parameters into default settings and then have a test? If it doesn't work, you may need to return it for repair. If you have any update or any problem, please let us know.
