I just upgraded from a Standard to Advance today.  Being somewhat familiar with the Advance having owned a Standard the remote was the only truely new component I am not familiar with.  I followed the unboxing in the instructions as well as called technical support.  They said "give it a couple hours". From my experience anything with a battery this large does take some time, however its been 40 minutes and still no "blinking indicators" or anything for that matter.  Tech support also had me "press the power button once, then long press a second time" supposedly to take it out of hybirnation mode? Another note: The battery is charging just fine so it can't be the charger and yes I checked the connection between the charger and remote.  Any thoughts? I have a video shoot in a couple hours and my camera on my Standard is broken...   Thanks!

I pulled a total newbie move.  I didn't push the plug in hard enough.
