When I turn on the bind, it's flashes multiples times, so I turn on my controller but when it become solid green, it goes red and green and alternate. My controller is not fully responsive. Please help

What's the model of your device? Are you talking about Ronin or Ronin-M? If you are, please connect your controller to the Assistant Software in your PC via a micro-USB cable, then you can upgrade the controller in the Assistant.

Yes , you must download the pc assistant for ronin-m. follow instructions carefully you need to update the remote controller, see if it works, then update the ronin-m
