Bought a Samsung Galaxy TAB Pro 8.4 from Tiger direct. Is it fast enough to handle Inspire 1 Android App without any lag from the screen an also HD quality.

Will take recommendations into consideration.

I'm using the latest iPad air, and the video is smooth as silk, I'm also able to mirror on TV with airPlay and no wires.

Quite a bit more than the Tab 8.4, I'm afraid.

Tab Pro & Tab S will be more than sufficient.

Great to here. Most  videos on the net about the inspire have Ipads.

pidetectives  ... did you ever try your Samsung Galaxy TAB Pro 8 with the Inspire?  can you tell me if you are seeing any Video Lag? I'm hearing conflicting reports.

It is a great tablet no issues here and no lag.

Do you use the Tab 8.4 or the Tab S 8.4?  I think the Tab 8.4 is a quad processor and the Tab S 8.4 has 8 processors.  I purchased the Tab S 8.4 and hope there are no issues with that particular model.

I run the Tab S, great performance so far beside extreme cold. Wrote about that in forum discussion, check it out.

Tab s can't fit in  the holder on the remote

The Tab S 8.4 works fine and fits in the holder.

I assume you are talking about the 10" and not the 8"?  If you are referring to the 10" I have seen some posts how people removed some type of rubber gasket on the holder and it fits nice and snug.  I was inquiring about the 8".

Yes  I am referring to the 10 inch. Yes there are rubber buffer tabs on the holder. If those are removed the tablet won't be fitting snugly. I've got a note 8. Might try using that.

Yes it works fine I have used it.

I am using the Pro 8.4 and the Nvida Shield. The Shield is much faster (less lag)

Did you add any additional memory to your Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 or are you using it just with the stock 16GB?

Yes I was referring to the 10.1. It can fir in the remote's holder if you are using it with a samsung case.

I'm hearing rumblings of a new Nvida Shield coming out this summer promising a brighter screen.  Who knows, maybe by then IOS version will be approved

Does it have an internal compass
Is the aircraft orientation correct in the map.?
I had the Galaxy  Tab 4 and was very happy only that there is no compass.
I appreciate any help
