I am an experienced DJI user. I've had my Osmo for 3 months. Today, I powered up, green lights (solid) on both indicators but the gimbal doesn't power up. There is no wireless output. The camera fan whirs. After a few power on - off cycles, the gimbal powered on but the problem described in the first sentence recurred after a shutdown.

I suspect this is a hardware fault that requires servicing but would like to hear from others.

I'm afraid there's something wrong with the handle...
Please return it for repair.
