Its not always necessary to have lots of motion in a video. Sometimes beauty needs to be fixed. Have a look at this very lightly graded video of a startling sunset here in Florida a couple of days age. If you look closely you can see the vehicles on I95 in the far distance and a guy in a small boat on one of the Lakes.
