Hello!
It shows that the Assistant software has not connected to your device successfully, otherwise, the S/N will be listed automatically, please check the connection between your Ronin and your PC.
Make sure you've upgrade your Ronin and the RC to the latest version in the Assistant software at the same time. You need to connect the RC to the Assistant software via a micro-USB cable directly to do the upgrading.Please refer to some information about the latest firmware and Assitant software at http://www.dji.com/product/ronin/info#downloads
